Kathy and I arrived at Pine Creek today at 11:15am to ride with the gang but nobody was around. I guess they were in Idaho City whooping it up or something.
We unload the "Beast" and layout our plan for the day. Five geocaches and a ride south, down the ridgeline from the Thorn Creek Butte Fire Lookout:
Up the mountain we go. Here we stop to look for a geocache south of Dry Creek:
We continue to climb on a well used motorcycle and ATV trail to another geocache (Bear Poo):
Finally we reach the ridge and start to our lunch destination and the final geocache on the ridge south of the fire lookout. If you look real carefully, you can see it between Kathy and the "Beast":
